In this 70th anniversary year, 14 year old Stratford resident, Bill Jones has produced a film remembering that time with many of the veterans telling their own stories. Under the auspices of Stratford's Escape Community Arts, and as part of his Silver National Arts Award, the project took him 6 months to film and a further 6 months to edit and it was recently launched at the Stratford upon Avon Town Hall to an audience of the veterans and their families.
